Bakıt Baydaliev

Bakıt Baydaliev graduated from Uludağ University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences (FEAS), Department of Economics. He then completed a Master’s degree in Economics and Political Science at Marmara University FEAS, focusing on the Russian Economy during the Transition Period.

In 2008, Baydaliev joined Flokser Group as the CIS Regional Director, gaining extensive experience in import/export, product research, and business development, while focusing on sales and marketing activities.

In 2012, he moved to Simulator Machine Production Ltd. Co., continuing his work in sales and marketing within the simulator industry.

Baydaliev became a partner at DOF Robotics in 2014, serving as Vice Chairman of the Board and taking on the role of CEO, while continuing to oversee marketing activities.

He has also held a position at the DEİK Turkey-Mexico Business Council.
