Within the scope of ATRAX 2026, DOF Robotics exhibited its Hurricane and AIQ products at the fair area, while also sharing its Flying Theater project, developed for destination promotion and tourism incentive, with press members and sector professionals, along with its ongoing and planned investments.

Additionally, the panel “Innovative Steps in the Entertainment Sector: Space-Time Approaches and Economic Scale” was held under the moderation of DOF Robotics Board Chairman Mustafa Mertcan. In the panel, METU Astrophysicist Dr. Umut Yıldız conveyed innovative approaches from a scientific perspective, while Turkey Journalists Association (TGC) Chairman Vahap Munyar made assessments on the economic scale and future of the sector.

Hurricane, exhibited on the first day of the fair, offered an adrenaline-filled entertainment experience with its high-tempo motion system. AIQ, the award-nominated AI-powered solution that transforms real shots into cinematic visuals within seconds, attracted great interest from visitors. Both solutions, which provide high added value for operators, attracted great interest at the fair as experiences that maximize visitor interaction.

Turkey’s first Flying Theater from DOF Robotics comes to life in Samsun

DOF Robotics created great excitement in the sector by announcing on the first day of ATRAX 2026 that Turkey’s first Flying Theater project will be implemented in Samsun. Flying Theater stands out as a multi-sensory flight simulation supported by synchronized motion system, wide-angle dome screen, wind, scent, and special effects.

The project aims to be a powerful promotional tool that presents cities’ natural, cultural, and historical values to visitors with a cinematic narrative, encouraging exploration and physical visits to destinations. This investment in Samsun draws attention as an important example that will increase city branding and tourism potential. DOF Robotics signed the first Flying Theater projects both in Turkey and in South America.
