DOF Robotics increased its revenue by 61% and profitability by 49% in 2025

DOF Robotik Sanayi A.Ş. (DOF Robotics), which has approximately 19 years of experience in the fields of industry, education, entertainment, and defense with innovative products developed by integrating next-generation technologies, announced its financial results for 2025. DOF Robotics closed the year with strong performance by increasing its revenue by 61% and net profit for the period by 49% in 2025.

DOF Robotics, one of the world’s leading companies in robotic systems, immersive education and entertainment technologies, motion simulators, game and content development, and image interpretation software, continued its strong financial growth in 2025. The company increased its revenue by 61% to over 1 billion TL, increased its gross profit by 62% to approximately 674 million TL, and raised its net profit for the period by 49% to approximately 245 million TL. The company, which demonstrated a stronger performance on the operational profitability side, saw its EBITDA reach 390 million 681 thousand TL with an increase of 145%. In the same period, the increase of equity by 513% to over 2 billion TL revealed the strengthening in the balance sheet structure.

Profitability maintained despite mandatory IPO expenses

Evaluating the financial results, DOF Robotics Board Chairman Mustafa Mertcan stated that steady growth continued in 2025, and noted that the period profitability was realized slightly below its potential due to one-time expenses incurred during the IPO process. Emphasizing that the said expenses do not have a permanent effect on operational performance, Mertcan noted that thanks to the equity structure strengthened by the IPO and increased operational efficiency, financial results will more clearly reflect the company’s true performance in the coming period.

Emphasizing that they continued to expand their activities on a global scale in 2025, Mertcan said: “In addition to projects we are carrying out with international theme parks and world-renowned brands, we have also taken important steps for our new tourism-focused Flying Theater investments in Turkey. In the same period, while we were honored with many prestigious awards, we continued to introduce our innovative projects and advanced technology products on national and international platforms. In the coming period, with our strong engineering team, R&D-focused growth strategy, and global vision, we will continue to make Turkey a pioneer in technology and innovation tourism and to elevate the brand value of Turkish engineering even higher on the world stage.”
